Established on Valentine's Day in 2018, this fittingly-titled experimental pop-rock band from Acadiana, Louisiana are aiming to bring rock 'n' roll back into the mainstream music scene. Featuring frontman River Gibson, guitarist Austin Doré, bassist Robbie Buisson, and drummer Brenon Wilson, LVVRS incorporate the depth and authenticity of traditional rock 'n' roll instruments with a retro-pop sound that is uniquely their own.

The band's latest single, 'Iconic', radiates self-confidence and everything the band inspires to become through its upbeat and lively sound, catchy lyrics, and accompanying cinematic music video. Currently sitting with over thirty thousand views on YouTube, this milestone achievement is just the beginning for the band, from which we're expecting very big things to come.

Inspired by a diverse variety of artists, genres, and eras, there's no limit to what LVVRS may bring out next, with Doré explaining, "what we're trying to achieve is that we don't want to have any rules on, like, what we're stylistically allowed or not allowed to do"."We're a rock band, but we'll play anything, pretty much", Gibson adds.

With some new music on the horizon, we recently caught up with the band to discuss their hit single, 'Iconic', how their journey making waves in the pop-rock scene began, and everything else we can expect from this Acadiana-based quartet in the coming months. Watch the full interview here.
